With a legendary dad living at home, who will need anyone else to guide them? For star-kids like Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan, Jr NTR and Allu Arjun, their parents and relatives are their biggest guides and philosopher apart from being their role-models. In a candid revelation, Mahesh agrees to this.

My dad has been a role model, guru and guide, all packed into one”, he avers, highlighting that none could have influenced him much than Superstar Krishna. “He made us live a normal life away from the glitz of showbiz, as we were grown up in Chennai”, he continues, about his upbringing. “Only during summer holidays I’ve acted in movies and went on to become a noted child artiste. After school, dad said enough of acting, and asked me to finish education before I move to films full-time", said Mahesh.

My dad always allowed me to figure out things myself”, he smiles, as he reveals that none these days would be influencing him over selection of scripts or taking decisions about films.
